Number of Servings: 10


    1 pkg. - Rotini - American Beauty, 10 serving
    1 TBS - Olive Oil
    1 TBS - Butter
    1.5 cups - Mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 cup -Onions
    1 clove - garlic
    3/4 cup - Light Whipping cream
    16 oz. pkg. - Spinach, frozen
    Dash -Pepper
    1/4 tsp -Oregano
    To taste: -Salt
    1/4 cup -Parmesan Cheese


Cook rotini according to directions.

Meanwhile, preheat olive oil & butter on medium heat until butter is melted. Add onions, mushrooms, and garlic and cook until mushrooms are tender. Stir in cream, pepper, salt, and oregano. Mix in spinach and cook until heated through.

Add drained pasta and mix well. Add Parmesan cheese and serve.

Makes 10, 1 cup, servings.
