    1 egg and 1 egg white
    1/4 cup of green pepper, chopped
    dash of salt & black pepper
    1 can of Albacore Tuna in water


Makes 1 servings

In a bowl add the egg white & egg
Add in the salt, black pepper, green peppers and mix.
Heat the skillet with a touch of cooking spray and pour in the eggs.

Drain the water from the can of tuna and once the eggs start to look done add in the tuna and fold part of the omolette over the tuna. Let stay about 2 to 3 more minutes and it's done.
