    whole wheat pizza dough
    8 oz tomato sauce
    broccoli, cooked, 1 cup (chopped)
    onion, cooked, 1/2 cup (chopped)
    6 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
    1/4 cup Parmesan cheese


Fit pizza dough into a pizza pan. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes, or until golden.

While that's baking, steam veggies.

Spread tomato sauce over the crust, and then sprinkle veggies on top. Put back into the oven for 5 minutes, or until veggies are slightly crispy.

Sprinkle both cheeses over top and bake until golden brown. Let sit for 5 minutes before cutting to serve.
