    1-1/2 pounds ground venison
    1 egg
    3 slices whole wheat bread (for bread crumbs)
    1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
    1 teaspoon yellow mustard
    1 teaspoon brown sugar


Process bread slices in food processor into bread crumbs. Combine ground venison, egg, bread crumbs, and half of the tomato sauce in large bowl; mix well. Transfer to meatloaf pan (I use a meatloaf pan that allows drippings to fall into lower level of pan.)

In a small bowl, combine remaining tomato sauce, yellow mustard, and brown sugar. Mix well. Pour sauce over top of meatloaf to cover.

Bake meatloaf in 350 degree F oven for approximately 50-55 minutes, or until it tests done.
