Number of Servings: 8


    2 cups chopped red pepper
    1/2 cups chicken broth
    1 tbsp fresh oregano
    - OR -
    1 tsp dried oregano
    1/4 tsp salt (optional/not necessary)
    1/4 tsp pepper
    2 tbsp pizza sauce or tomato sauce
    1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1 tsp honey


Place red peppers, broth, oregano salt and pepper in sauce pan. Cover and cook on medium low for 20 minutes or until pepper is tender (may require the addition of a second 1/2 cup of broth). Place pan contents along with other ingredients in blender and puree.

Serve over bow-tie or other past of choice.
