Ingredients

1 pork tenderloin (about 1 pound or pork loin chops)
1 tbsp lemon pepper
2 tbsp margarine
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
Directions
Cut tenderloin into eight pieces. Flatten to 1/2 inch thickness. Melt margarine in large pan over medium heat. Add pork, sprinkle on half the lemon pepper, and cook 3 - 4 minutes. Turn, sprinkle the rest of the lemon pepper, and cook until no longer pink. Remove pork and keep warm.
To the pan juices, add the lemon juice, Worcestershire and Dijon. Stir until heated through. Pour sauce over the pork and sprinkle on parsley. Serve immediately.
