This is a great smoothie I came up with after some testing .
If you are getting bored with strawberry & banana smoothies come try this devilishy good treat!!

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup of unsweetened applesauce
    1 cup of unsweetened apple juice
    1 6 oz container of Vanilla yogurt ( I used Dannon's all natural vanilla)
    5 teaspoons or packets of splenda or sucralose
    2 cups of ice
    1 Tablspoon of apple butter
    Cinnamon(for garnishing (optional)

Directions

Put all ingredients except for the cinnamon into the blender and blend until desired consistency . pour into glass , top with cinnamon Makes 2 16 oz servings .
