    Cooked Brown Rice - 2 Cups
    Sesame Oil - 1 TBS
    Onion Raw - 1 large slice
    Green Bell Peppers - .3 TBS
    Yellow Bell Peppers - 2 strips
    Jalepeno Pepper - 1/2 pepper
    Egg - 2 large
    Frozen peas - 1/4 cup


Boil brown rice according to package instructions.

While cooking brown rice... in a skillet add 1 TBS sesame oil, onions, yellow peppers, green peppers, jalepeno pepper, frozen peas. Sautee on medium heat until tender. Then add egg and scramble together. Add 1 TBS sesame oil to skillet with vegetables and increase temperature to high heat and add the boiled brown rice. Continue to cook until rice is a bit crispy.

Yields approximately 3 cups
