Introduction

Ingredients

    1 1/2 lbs. - stewing beef, cut in cubes
    3 med - potatoes, cut in cubes (peeled or not)
    1 med - onion, quartered cut in half
    3 stalks - celery, cut in chunks
    2 carrots cut in chunks
    2 cloves - garlic, minced
    1 pkg. - Lipton Onion Roasted Garlic Soup Mix Dry
    2 cups warm water
    1 pkg. - St. Hubert Beef Stew Seasoning Mix dry
    1 cup warm water
    1 Tbsp - Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
    Seasonings: Pinch each - Rosemary, Thyme, Oregano
    Season Salt & Pepper
    Worchestershire Sauce - 2 dashes

Directions

In a nonstick skillet heat up EVOO and saute beef cubes until brown pour into slow cooker.
Add cut up vegetable over top of meat in cooker.
Mix onion soup mix in bowl with 2 cups water, pour in over beef & veggies in cooker.
Mix seasoning pkg with 1 cup water pour over mixture in cooker.
Add seasonings, worchestershire sauce and stir until mixed in.

Makes 8 - 1 cup servings.
Cook on low for 8 hours or 4 hours on high.
