Introduction

This is a throw together meal using left over smoked port loin, and meat can be substituted. This is a throw together meal using left over smoked port loin, and meat can be substituted.

Ingredients

    1 bell pepper sliced
    1 onion sliced
    3 gloves garlic minced
    3 tlbs olive oil
    1 lb pork loin sliced in bite size strips
    3-4 tlbs chipotle marinade
    flour tortillas
    shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Heat olive oil in skillet, add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Saute until just starting to turn limp. Add pork loin, and chipotle marinade, heat throughly.
Heat tortillas, add 1/4 of fajita mix, top with cheese, rolls tortilla and eat. Enjoy
