Ingredients

    1 medium egg
    1/2 tspn Splenda
    1/4 tspn freshly ground nutmeg
    50 ml skimmed milk

Directions

mix all ingredients togther and place in a small ramekin
bake in 200 oven for about ten minutes - check by slipping a knife into the custard. Should come out clean
