    2 red peppers
    1/4 lowest fat mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 tsp lemon juice


Roast and peel red peppers. Mash garlic with salt into fine grain paste on a board with a knife. In a blender, puree red pepper, add mayo, garlic/salt, and lemon juice.
