Introduction
Gluten Free pancakes! And no fats were added either, so they're even good for you! Gluten Free pancakes! And no fats were added either, so they're even good for you!Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients

1.5c Kinnikinnick Pancake Mix
1.33c Water
1 Medium Banana
1/2 Medium Apple (I like Fuji)
Cinnamon and Sugar to taste.
Directions
Dice the half of the Apple into very small pieces.
Place in saucepan with Sugar and Cinnamon to taste.
Heat apples on medium until some of their liquid comes out and they are tender.
Set aside.
Mix together mushed Banana, Mix, Water, and the Apple mixture until smooth.
Preheat non-stick or lightly greased skillet to medium and drop on heaping 1/3 cupfuls.
When bubbles form and start to pop, FLIP!
Then when golden brown on other side, remove.
Repeat and enjoy!
