Introduction

Ingredients

    1 T olive oil
    1 t butter
    6 cloves garlic
    1/4 lb prosciutto, chopped
    1/2 cup vodka
    1 c grated parmesan cheese
    1 c fat free half & half
    28 oz can crushed tomotoes, Tuttorusso

Directions

Heat crushed tomatoes in covered pot 20 min. While simmering, saute the garlic & prosciutto in the olive oil & butter until garlic is soft. Add vodka, cook for 1 minute. Add parmesan and half & half to the tomatoes, stir. Add prosciutto mixture to the tomato cream mixture and stir. Simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over multigrain penne pasta & enjoy! (Makes 12 1/2 cup servings)
