Ingredients

    1 can salmon drained
    1 large egg
    1 c. bread crumbs mixed with 1 tsp. pepper.2 tbslp chives
    1 tsp lemon jc.

Directions

Drain and remove any large bones from salmon.Add egg and lemon jc. Mix bread crumbs, chives and pepper together and place 3/4 cup to salmon mixture and mix together. Form 8 equal size patties and lightly coat in remaining bread crumbs. Can be browned in sprayed pan to keep calories low or broiled in toaster oven spaying with fat free spray margerine. If you must fry in olive oil add those calories to this recipe. Brown both sides and serve immediately.
