This is as basic as it gets...low calorie and delicious! This is as basic as it gets...low calorie and delicious!
Number of Servings: 6


    1 lb 93% lean ground beef
    1 can light red kidney beans (drained)
    1 46 ounce can of tomato juice
    1 46 ounce can of water
    1/4 cup mexene chili powder
    1/2 onion (diced)


Brown ground beef (drain). Add all ingredients into a dutch oven/stock pot. Cook (uncovered) on medium heat for two hours, or until thick, stir occasionally.
