    3 sticks room temp. butter, 1 1/4 cups sugar, 1 1/4 cups Splenda, 5 eggs, 2 tsp. lemon extract, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour, 1 cup all purpose flour, 1/2 cup self-rising flour, 1 cup room temp. Diet Sprite


Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Grease and flour large tube pan. Combine flours, salt, and baking powder with a whisk. Cream butter with sugar and Splenda until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating for one minute after each. Add flours alternately with Diet Sprite, ending with flours. Beat well after each addition, scraping sides of bowl if needed. Add extracts and mix well. Pour batter into prepared tube pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 90 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
