Ingredients

    8 -9 boneless pork chops
    1 c. italian bread crumbs
    2 eggs





Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.Beat eggs in a bowel.
3. Dip pork chops in egg, roll in bread crumbs.
4. Place on slightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 min. or until done.

    Very Good
    Good recipe. I added some onion and garlic for more of a kick. Served with applesauce and sweet potatoes. - 2/24/12
