Number of Servings: 4


    Scallions, raw, .50 cup, chopped (remove)
    brown rice ( cooked), 1 1/2 cups
    Tuna, Canned in Water, 1/2 a 12.5 can (or an 185 gram can) drained
    Zucchini, 1 1/2 cup, grated
    Feta Cheese, Low Fat 1/2 cup or 100 grams crumbled
    Cherry tomatoes 1 cup cut in half
    Egg, 3 medium whisked
    Garlic powder, .1.2 tso
    Onion powder, 1/2 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1/2 tsp
    Baby Spinach Leaves 2 cup roughly chopped


Heat oven to 350F or 180C.

Mix all the ingredients together and place into square baking dish that has been sprayed with canola spray and lined on the bottom with baking paper.

Cook for approximately 30 minutes or until set
