    6 eggs
    1 cup spinach, chopped
    3 Roma tomatoes, chopped
    1 slice deli ham
    1 small can mushroom pieces
    2 ounces feta cheese


In a large skillet, saute ham, tomatoes, mushrooms, and spinach just until spinach is wilted. Add eggs and feta cheese. Cooked until eggs are scrambled.
