Introduction

Ingredients

4 eggs
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup 2% fat cottage cheese
4 cups chopped Swiss chard - heaping
1 chopped medium onion
1/2 tsp thyme
dash black pepper
Directions
Steam or quickly cook greens. Beat together eggs, cheeses, onion and herbs. Mix with drained greens and pour into a lightly greased casserole dish - I think mine is 2 quarts. Cover and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes - until the eggs are set.
