    * Ground Turkey, 1 unit, yield from 1 lb raw (remove)
    * Onions, raw, .5 large (remove)
    * Basil, 5 leaves (remove)
    * Garlic, 3 clove (remove)
    * Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 3 tsp (remove)
    * Salt, 3 dash (remove)
    * Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Paprika, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .5 cup (remove)
    * Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    * Milk, nonfat, .25 cup (remove)
    * Olive Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)


Makes 30 meatballs

Preheat oven to 375

combine all ingredients except olive oil - use spices to taste - my calcs are estimates on the dried spices

form into balls - approximately all the same size

bake at 375 for approximately 30 minutes.
