    Old Fashioned Quaker Oats, 4 1/2 cups dry
    Almonds, 1/2 cup, sliced
    Flaxseed, 3 1/2 tbsp (1 1/2 tbsp ground)
    Walnuts, 3/4 cup, chopped
    Pecans, 1/4 cup, chopped
    Cranberries, dried, 2/3 cup
    Raisins, golden seedless, 1/2 cup
    Orange Zest, 1/2 tbsp
    Orange, juiced
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 1/2 tsp
    Cloves, ground, 2 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp
    Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
    Salt, 1/2 tsp
    Canola Oil, 1/4 tsp (cooking spray)
    Brown sugar, 3 tbsp packed


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all dry (including raisins, cranberries, and nuts) ingredients and set aside. Melt butter on flat cookie sheet (with rim). Add 1/2 of the orange juice and brown sugar to melted butter in pan. Mix in other half of the orange juice into dry ingredients. Pour dry ingredients onto the pan and incorporate butter/juice mixture evenly. Bake for 10 minutes, remove from oven, toss granola mixture to evenly cook, place back in oven for 10 minutes, repeat until oats are golden brown. Enjoy in 1/2 cup servings!
