Ingredients

    32 oz Chicken Broth
    14 oz can diced tomatoes with basil,garlic and oregano
    10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies
    16 oz bag frozen Mediterranean Vegetables
    1/2 of a 20oz pkg Buitoni tortellini - HerbChicken
    1 cup chicken, cooked and chopped
    1 cup garbonzo beans (chickpeas)

Directions

In Medium saucepan combine broth, and tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
Stir in frozen vegetables and tortellini. Return to a boiing, reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 7 minutes.
Add chicken and bean. Cook till heated through.

Makes 8 1-cup servings
