    1 can sliced beets cut in halves
    1 cup of sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 tbsp of olive oil
    pinch of salt
    dash of pepper
    1/s tsp garlic powder
    2 tbsp balsamic vinager
    2 oz crumbled reduced fat feta cheese (Athenos)


In a salad bowl put beets and mushrooms add olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, balsamic vinager and feta cheese. Toss together. Enjoy! Makes 3 servings.
