Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey
1 lb ground beef (Extra lean)
1 cup diced each mushrooms, celery, carrots, onions
2 cups diced bell peppers
1 10.75 oz can tomato sauce
1 10.75 oz can tomato soup
1 28oz can diced tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
salt, garlic, parsley to taste
1/3 pkg crock-pot chili spice mix
2 cups barley & lentils cookedseperately
Directions
Fry meat, drain & add to crock-pot. Fry veggies just until hot in remaining fat, drain & add to crock-pot.
Add remaining ingredients (except barley & lentils) to crock-pot and cook low 8 - 10 hours.
Add cooked barley & lentils & stir.
Serve with grated cheese, no fat sour cream or rice (not included in the nutrition information)
