    * King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour, 2.25 cup
    * King Arthur Whole Wheat Flour, 0.75 cup
    * Baking Powder, 3 tsp
    * Baking Soda, .5 tsp
    * Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp
    * Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp
    * Mott's Applesauce, Original, 1/2 cup
    * Egg Starts, 1/2 cup
    * Oakhurst Cultured Farm Fat Free Buttermilk, 1 cup
    * Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
    * Butter, salted, melted 2 tbsp
    * Sea Salt, 1 tsp
    * Raw sugar, 6 tsp


**this recipe is doubled to make 24 muffins.
preheat oven to 350 and put papers in muffin pans
mix powdered ingredients, mix wet ingredients, mix together quickly without over beating
spoon dough into cups 1/2-2/3 full. sprinkle 1/4tsp raw sugar on top of each muffin. Bake for 20 minutes.
