Introduction
To reduce the fat, put in less nuts and more oats.There seemed to be more than enough sweetener. Next time I plan to extend the recipe with more oats.
I also split the mixture between two cookie sheets to bake in the oven.

Ingredients

3 3/4 C whole oats
1 C chopped nuts, any
1 C dried fruit, any
1 T vanilla
1 T cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 C maple syrup
1/2 C cane syrup
Directions
Mix ingredients together in a large bowl (I used my stand mixer).
Transfer onto a large baking sheet that has been sprayed with oil.
Bake at 325 degrees for 35-45 minutes (stirring once halfway through the cooking time).
Allow to cool completely on tray.
Store in airtight containers.
