Ingredients

    4 Potatoes
    3 Carrots
    1/5 Red Onion thin slice
    2 tbsp Soy Sauce
    2 tbsp Olive Oil

Directions

Chop potatoes and carrots into bit size.
In bowl combine all ingredients along with herbs of your choice. Place in large baking pan - spread evenly and bake for about 30-45 min. check for readiness.
