Introduction

I love pizza, and this way it feels like I am having a double serving because of the bread I am using as a crust. I love pizza, and this way it feels like I am having a double serving because of the bread I am using as a crust.

Ingredients

    100% whole wheat english muffin
    2 tbs tomato paste
    1/4c shredded mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c green peppers
    1/2 c onions
    italian seasoning

Directions

Combine tomato paste and italian seasoning until desired flavor. Spread on each half of sandwich roll. Add green peppers and onions or any other vegetable you like, top with 1/4 cup cheese on each half. Bake at 325 degree's until cheese is melted. Enjoy!!!
