    1 cup of oats
    2 scoops of Jay Robb protein powder
    1/2 cupt Grape nuts
    1/2 cup egg sub
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 cup applesauce
    1/4 cup agave
    2 tsp brown sugar
    1/4 cup sunflower seeds
    1/4 cup pecans
    1/4 cup almonds


Preheat oven to 325. Line a 9 in square baking pan with foil. Spry wiht cooking spray.
In a large bowl, stir together the oats, protein powder, cereal and 1 tsp cinnamon. Add the egg, applesauce, agave, brown sugar and mix well. Stir in nuts. Spread into prepared pan. Bake 30 mins or until lightly browned around edges. Use foil to lift from pan. Cut into bars and store in fridge.
