Introduction

20-25 min at 350 degrees 20-25 min at 350 degrees

Ingredients

    1 c chopped onions
    2 c chopped mushrooms
    3T butter
    1/2 c chopped fresh parsley
    2 egg yolks
    3/4 c shredded mozzarella
    1/4 c grated parmesan
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    6 slices bread, crust removed

Directions

1) Saute butter, onions, mushrooms. Remove from heat.
2) Combine remaining ingredients, except bread.
3) Stir in onion/mushroom mix.
4) Trim crust off bread. Roll flat. Cut into quarters.
5) Dip bread pieces into melted butter. Place in small muffin tin.
6) Fill with mixture.
7) Bake
