Introduction

Great snack. Can substitute other dried fruits for raisins or just leave them out. The bran is the health food store variety found in their refrigerator. Great snack. Ingredients

    1/2 cup honey
    1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
    3 TBSP butter or margarine
    1/2 cup powdered milk
    2 cups bran
    1/2 cup raisins

Directions

Heat honey, peanut butter, and butter in small pan so it can be stirred. Add dry ingredients and raisins. Put in 8" square pan and press until firm. Refrigerate until firm and cut into 20 pieces which makes a 100 calorie snack.
