Fast no mess way to get crispy fish fillets for dinner. Fast no mess way to get crispy fish fillets for dinner.
Number of Servings: 4


    2 T. Chopped, Green Onion or Chives.

    1/2 C. Olive Oil.

    1/2 C. Butter, melted.

    3 T. Lemon Juice.

    1 C. Mayonnaise.

    1 Tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning.

    1 C. Parmesan Cheese, grated.

    4 Cod Loins, thawed.


1.Place fillets in a single layer on a well-buttered baking sheet; brush with lemon juice and let stand for 10 minutes.
2.Combine remaining ingredients; set aside. Broil fish 6 inches from broiler for 6 to 8 minutes or until fillets flake easily when tested with fork.
3.Remove from heat and spread each fillet with cheese mixture. Broil 2 to 3 minutes longer or until lightly browned.

Servings: 4

Prep Time: 15 Cook Time: 8- 10 min., until flake easily with a fork! Additional 2-4 min. after cheese is added and broiled until brown.
