    2 cups Flour
    2 Tbsp Splenda Baking Mix
    1 tsp Salt
    4 tsp Baking Powder
    1 1/2 cup Milk
    1 tsp Vanilla
    2 Eggs
    1/3 cup Applesauce


Preheat waffle iron. Sift dry ingredients together, set aside. Place milk, vanilla, eggs, and applesauce in blender and mix until well combined. Add half of dry ingredients and blend, then add remaining dry ingredients and pulse until well blended. Pour onto waffle iron and cook according to manufacturers directions. Makes 10 4x4 waffles.
