Introduction

So Basic, so fast easy and nutritious, simply choose your vegetable(s), type of cheese (or none), spice it up, I like garlic, and the multi-peppercorns ground. So Basic, so fast easy and nutritious, simply choose your vegetable(s), type of cheese (or none), spice it up, I like garlic, and the multi-peppercorns ground.

Ingredients

    2 large eggs, whisked
    1 sausage link, chopped fine
    1 tbsp onion, chopped
    2 tbsp green pepper, chopped (or another low carb veg)
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 ou. cheddar cheese, grated (optional)

Directions

1. put oil in pan
2. add sausage, onion, green pepper until cooked
3. add egg
4. sprinkle with grated cheese (optional)
5. add pinch of salt, pepper, garlic, chives (optional)
6. flip half over when partially cooked
7. just cook a few seconds more and serve

Makes one omelet, super easy and can suit any taste, delicious & nutritious, yet its low carb
