    1 lb. Lean Ground Turkey
    1/2 C Onion, diced
    1 C Small Carrot, diced
    2 C Celery, diced
    1 C Frozen Peas
    1 C Frozen Corn
    1 Tbsp Flour
    1 tsp Oregeno
    1 Tbsp Dried Parsley
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Pepper
    1/4 C Nonfat Egg Substitute
    1/4 C Red Wine
    3 C Prepared Mashed Potatoes
    1 C Low-Fat Shredded Cheese Blend


Spread 2 cups of the meat on the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Spread the onion on top. Follow the onion with the carrots, celery, peas, and corn. Set aside. In a bowl, whisk togethr the flour, oregano, parsley, salt, pepper, eggs and wine. Spread the flour mixture over the begetables. Follow with a layer of mashed potatoes and cheese.

Preheat the oven to 350. Bake, uncovered, for 1 to 1.5 hours, until the potate crust is golden brown and vegetables are fork tender.

TO FREEZE: Prepare meal without baking! Cover with plastic wrap and heavy-duty aluminum foil. Label, date and store in freezer for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refigerator before cooking as directed above.
