Ingredients

    Heat:
    1 tsp olive oil
    Sautee:
    onion, garlic, celery and green pepper until onlion limp
    Remove from pan and set aside
    Heat 1 tsp olive oil
    Mix paprika and cayenne pepper and coat over chicken breasts
    Cook chicken (around 10-15 minutes)
    Mix:
    can of tomatoes, rosemary, marjoram, and bay leaf
    Add this tomatoe mixture plus half of vegetable mixture to chicken
    Cover and simmer about 20 minutes
    Just before serving add chicken cube (1/4 of cube) and rest of vegetables
    May serve over rice
