    1/2 cup of olive ol
    6 oz red wine
    2 chopped onions
    2 grated carrots
    2 chpped celery stalks
    salt & pepper to taste
    64 oz of tomato sauce or puree
    2 bay leaves
    organo to taste
    Fresh Basil when in season


Heat the oil over a medium-high flame, cook onions & garlic until they are clear or translucent. Throw in celery, carrots, and some salt & pepper to taste. Cook until veggies are soft . Add the tomatoes , wine and bay leaves, and any other spice you may like and cook over low heat for about an hour .
Don't eat the bay leaf take it out before serving
