    12 Lasagna noodles (no boiling required)
    3 cups Prego Italian Sauce
    3 cups cottage cheese 1%
    2 large eggs
    2 cups skim FF mozzarella cheese
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese
    1 cup canned mushrooms


Use 8x13 or 9x12 baking pan. Mix together cottage cheese and 2 eggs. Spray pan with cooking oil. Put thin layer of tomato sauce on bottom of pan. Layer noodles 4/layer, 1/2 cottage cheese mixture, 1/2mozzarella cheese, 1/2mushrooms, 1/3 remaining sauce two times ending with sauce. Put last 4 noodles, remaining sauce then top with parmesan cheese. Bake covered in 350 degree oven until bubbly about 50-60 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes. Cut into 8 servings.
