Number of Servings: 3


    2 2/3 cup all purpose flour
    2 sticks of butter - very cold, cut into small pieces
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 c ice water


Pulse flour and salt a few times in food processor
Add cold butter and pulse till mixed through
Pour approx. 1/2 c ice water slowly down chute with food processor running
Add water slowly until the dough forms
Divide into 3 equally-sized balls of dough
Each ball of dough makes 1 9-inch pie crust
