    diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)
    Basil 1 leaf
    olive oil 1tsp-1tbsp (your choice)
    balsamic vingar 1 tsp-1tbsp (your choice)
    garlic 2 cloves
    shallots 1 tbsp


1 serving= half a cup
put your olive oil in a heated skillet
add shallots cook until they are transparent
add chopped garlic cloves (careful not to burn)
add can of tomatoes
add basil
add balsamic vinegar
