Bean salad Bean salad

Ingredients

    Garbonzo Beans 15 oz can Low sodium
    Edamame frozen 12 oz shelled bag
    Black Olives 30 pitted medium
    Athenos Feta Cheese 1/2 C
    Purple onion diced 1 C
    Tomato 1 C diced
    Fresh cilantro chopped 1/4 C

Directions

Combine Garbonzo and edamame beans
chop, onion, tomato, cilantro, balck olives
and toss
Add 1/4 C of Feta Cheese
Add olive oil and vinegar's toss
Chill for 20 min
Serve 1/2 C servings
