    One Whipped Egg
    One slice of Cheese
    1 Tablespoon Light Mayo
    1 slice of Bread
    1/2 Tablespoon olive oil


Heat frying pan
Add oil
Whip egg and add to frying pan
When egg is mostly cooked put cheese on top to melt.
Put mayo on bread add cooked egg and cheese. serve
Serves 1
