I love Pasta Salad but don't want to always have the Italian type. I love Pasta Salad but don't want to always have the Italian type.
Number of Servings: 6


    1 Pkg (13.25 oz) Dreamfields Rotini
    1/2 Cup Light Mayo
    1/2 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Dip mix
    1/4 cup chopped Carrots
    1/4 cup chopped Celery
    1/4 cup chopped red onion
    1 4.5 oz can black olives (drained)
    1 4.5 oz can sweat peas (drained)


Cook pasta according to directions on pkg. While pasta is cooking, dice Onion, Carrots, and Celery and drain peas and olives. When pasta is fully cooked, drain and run under cold water on pasta until cold. Mix Ranch Dip mix with Mayo and coat pasta. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
This makes 6 (1 cup) servings for a complete meal or smaller portions for a side dish.
