Ingredients

    1 lb. ground Bison
    1 lb. ground venison
    1/2 cup egg substitute
    2 Tbsp Heinz 57 Sauce
    2 Tbsp A1 Steak Sauce
    2 Tbsp yellow mustard
    2 Tbsp garlic powder
    1 box (6 oz) chicken flavored stuffing mix (dry)
    1/4 cup ketchup

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine bison and venison with egg substitute, Heinz 57, A1, mustard and garlic powder and mix thoroughly. Add stuffing mix to meat mixture; combining them completely.
Place in a 5x9 inch bread pan and press down until completely level; spread ketchup on top.
Bake 60 minutes. Pull from oven and let set for 5 minutes.
10 servings.
