    1 EACH RED AND GREEN PEPPER SLICED
    1 SMALL CAN TOMATOE SAUCE
    1 CAN DICED TOMATOES
    4 TEAS. CHOPPED CILANTRO
    1-2 JALEPENO PEPPERS

Directions

BROWN MEAT IN PAN, ADD GARLIC CILANTRO, AND ONION
ADD DICED TOMATOE AND THE TOMATOE SAUCE AND MIX WELL. LAY GREEN AND RED PEPPERS ON TOP COVER AND SIMMER FOR 10 MINS.
SERVE IN A WARM TORTILLA OR WITH TORTILLAS ON THE SIDE.
