    2 chicken breasts
    1 can of corn, drained
    1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
    16 oz medium salsa
    8 oz low fat cream cheese


add chicken, corn, beans, and salsa to crockpot.
Cook on high 1 hour.
switch to low and cook for 4 more hours.
Shred chicken, add cream cheese and warm through. Serve over tortilla chips (not in nutrition) and any toppings you want i.e. olives, green onions, sour cream.
