    Prepare the whole grain blends according to box, eliminate the butter and oil from this box recipe. ( found in the rice isle). One the rice is finished cooking, heat the black bean bisque in a large pot, once the soup has warmed add in the rice blend. stir together. You can add seasoning and chicken spicey sausage if you would like just add the nutritional information to your recipe to have accurate calories.
