    1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 tsp minced garlic


Heat oven to 300

Mix tomatoes, garlic, and olive oil in a bowl until evenly coated.
Spread in a single layer, cut side up, on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper

Bake at 300 for 1-2 hours
